Antique H. SAMUEL’S WATCHES Pocket Watch Display & Shipping Box

Here on offer is an empty antique pocket watch box for H. SAMUEL'S WATCHES,

The old label on the top depicts the image their factory and retail shop that was at Market St, Manchester.

Then on two of the sides are all the shop retailers place names along with their Trade Mark.

The box is made from stiff brown cardboard which has metal corners and instructions for postal returns written on the inner lid.

It shows signs of wear to the outer surfaces as you would expect for its age and the paper thick hinge has now worn away, meaning the lid is now separate from the lower box section.

If you happen to have one of their 18ct gold or even heavy silver pocket watches, this box would really set it off!

I have seen this older and scarcer version of their box go for over £100 on eBay!

It measures 2.75” (7cm) square and is 1.4” (3.5cm) high.

It weighs 35g.
