Genuine WW2 RAF Perspex Sweetheart Pendant

Here on offer is a hand made example of a WW2 RAF Perspex sweetheart pendant.

I believe this pendant was made from a small square section of Perspex from the canopy of a damaged WW2 RAF fighter plane.

Then the cut-out Crown and Eagle from a RAF Officers brass button have been inserted into the Perspex.

It is in great original condition and the Perspex is clear with a slight yellowing. The brass emblems have a bright slightly worn finish.

It also still has a small brass suspension ring fitted at the top.

The pendant is 1” (2.5cm) square and 0.15” (0.4cm) thick.

It weighs 4g.
